Detailed Service Offering
The SHEQ Management Service will undertake the following Health & Safety activities on behalf of its Clients:

Gengeral

    1. Implementation of new Legislative Regulations.
    2. Maintain Legal Register distributed to Head offices
    3. 16.2 Legal Appointment Responsibility
    4. Conducting Risk Assessments when required.
    5. SHERQ Management Systems at branches under the guidance of the Branch Manager i.e. policies, procedures, written instructions, risk assessments, management programs, monitoring and measuring, non-conformance management, incident investigation, audits, record and document controls and operational control requirements.
    6. Compiling and implementing health and safety files for contractors working on sites.
    7. 7Auditing contractor’s health and safety files on site.
    8. Risk assessments
    9. Job observations
    10. Facilitate, document and communicate SHERQ objectives and targets based on those set for the company.
    11. Track monthly progress of SHERQ programs and report on progress to management.
    12. Ensure relevant structures are in place for effective SHERQ management e.g. Appointment of SHE Reps and emergency response teams.
    13. Establish, guide and support a representative SHERQ Sub-committee which will formally review performance and ensure improvement thereof.
    14. Audit the region against management system standard and company procedural requirements, and report results thereof to management.
    15. Give guidance on SHERQ matters and ensure that relevant SHERQ communication and awareness material is made available to all staff.
    16. Communicate with inspectors from the Department of Labour and accompany inspectors at inspection of the workplace
    17. Participate in any internal health and safety audit from customers and suppliers.
    18. Legal Compliance training.
